Sorry! I had the feeling that I was missing someone...

MacDonald Taylor Senior was 46 years old when he appeared for United States Virgin Islands in 2004.
Billy Meredith was 45 years old when he appeared for the last time for Wales in 1920.

Note that MacDonald Taylor Junior was only 14 years old when he débuted for United States Virgin Islands versus Dominican Republic on 01/10/2006.

This is a record-family!!!

:-d

Khrisan Aleksandrovich Dzheus, eight years old. He is not a son of the retiring Russian international Vadim Yevseyev, he is a son of a sponsor of that match ))

I watched that game on TV. It was very funny from the start to the final whistle.

Nice work. I sent the earlier version to RSSSF yesterday but I can ask them to replace it later. Kudos for making top 10s in all categories, in contrast to my lazier approach of stopping below/above a certain age threshold ;-)
Do you have the corresponding lists for men?

I had assumed there must be an older scorer than Lilly, so I didn't bother to list below her age. Quite remarkable that she is in the lists both as oldest and youngest scorer.

About Svetlana Novikova, as we're only considering matches between two national teams, when was her previous appearance before Zvezda-2005 ?

About Lily Parr : are you sure that she did actually play in April/May 1920 ? I have seen it mentioned apocryphally, but haven't found her name in reports. She certainly did play at some point in 1920 though.

I couldn't find any record of her earning a full cap since 2008, not enough to have her enter the ranking on her own right. She was still the national team's second goalkeeper by 2012, so she may have featured in a full A friendly.

A French XI played a total of four matches in England in early 1920, the first of which in late April (29 or 30). Biographical pieces on her will generally say she played in England's 'first women's international match' [read 'non-home counties'], but I don't have full lineups. There is a record of her playing in the third match of Dick Kerr's return tour through France in November (when she was 15y 194d old).

I might just have a go at the men's list; will clarify Roseli's situation as well.

Another page on the same site says she played 5 days earlier.   Seems the two pages aren't quite synchronized.  Anyway, this puts her just outside the youngest top 10.  Unless she did play in April/May 1920 vs France after all.
'The Times' has the lineups for the 6-May-1920 game vs France, but Parr is not included.  The first game of that French tour was 30th April 1920, the Guardian has a report without lineups.

The link you cited shows that Lily Parr scored all 5 goals vs France on 17-May-1921, so she should be in the youngest scorers list too.  She most probably scored in one of the earlier matches also.   Another 15 year old scorer from this era was Joan Whalley (born 18-Dec-1921) who scored in the unofficial England vs Scotland game on 8-Sep-1937.

Apparently Lily Parr also scored in her final match, on 12-Aug-1950 vs Scotland, so she is in the oldest player and oldest scorer lists too, albeit unofficially of course.  I wonder if anyone else will ever manage to get in all 4 lists, men or women.

I have written to Gail Newsham, the author of the original Dick Kerr's book "In a league of their own" (which I recommend). She replied to me previously to confirm that Dick Kerr's did indeed have a 200 game unbeaten run. Though understandably she was reluctant to give the precise statistics since she plans to publish an expanded version of her book at some future point, containing lists of games etc. I hope she may be able and willing to assist with this topic :-)

Gail replied, paraphrased below:

Lily Parr did not play in the April/May 1920 International matches. Not all goal-scorers in 1920 are known but Gail will look at her collection of newspaper clippings to see what is mentioned.
Parr did score her last goal against Scotland on 12th August 1950 (a penalty in an 11-1 win), this is confirmed.
Joan Whalley scored against the French team in August 1937. She may have scored during the French tour in July of that year, but scorers are not known.
She did not mention any other potential cases. It seems likely there would be more Dick Kerr players which could feature in the lists.

Another one for the men's list, youngest scorer:
Davidson Ngawaeramo was reportedly 16 when he scored on 7-Sep-1979 in a 3-1 win vs New Caledonia (South Pacific Games). He may have scored a week earlier, there is a 12-0 win vs Western Samoa for which the scorers of two of the twelve goals are unknown.
