13.7 Aruba-Curaçao (FIFA)

I suppose Suriname-Bonaire on the same day

15.7: final and play off for the third place (?)

It's on that same link now I think - the team in white have just scored. Not sure if it's a domestic Aruba game or the 3rd-place match, both kits seem to have sponsors.

It seems Bonaire doens't have the financial means to participate at all. There are negotiations with Cuba and Venezuela to fill the open spot.

Great way to start life as a CONCACAF member. Show them that you can't afford to travel even 50 miles to the neighbouring island. :-/

Why don't they invite Sint Maarten?  They are trying to start up their senior team again, and they at least have a 'Dutch' link.  Or they could invite Brazil, so they can still call it the ABCS Tournament...

This is poor, why didn't they know in advance, before agreeing to participate, whether they had the funds. And if they aren't going to compete against their closest rivals and neighbours, why bother having a team at all.

Perhaps because they got humped last time (possibly because they sent a club team), they are still licking their wounds. Let's hope gangrene doesn't set in.

It will not be an U23 tournament but a regular one. However, the Suriname team basically will be build around their U23 team (incl. technical staff), although older players who stand out in the national competition can be included. (http://www.natiosuriname.com/2013/10/natio-eind-oktober-bij-elkaar-voor-abcs.html)

It seems Bonaire didn't have the the financial means to orgainse the tournament, but do have enough to participate.

BTW, the was a ABCS+ U12 tournament (+ for Venezuela) in June 2013, see http://www.ffk.cw/season/2012/second-division/news/53/curacao-soccer-academy-winner-abcs-u-12-tournamen
