Unfortunately I can add only one small piece of information:
Referee - Lennox Sirjuesingh (Trinidad and Tobago).

According to your website, the USSR Olympic team played only this one game in Trinidad.

Didn't they play other games in this visit to the Caribbean?

There is information about only one match, and other data on the tour, no. In the press announcing the holding of several meetings.

Our main source of information and media guides. On this tour, media silence over, in those days it was normal. But the compilers of handbooks give information mainly on the matches against the teams. We, the authors of the site, fans and teams access to the archives of the USSR and Russia do not have. Either we live far away or do not have time.

P.S. I was looking for information on Cuban national team matches - alas, unfortunately there is nothing

OK, thanks anyway.
Maybe in 1982, the USSR Olympic team played in some other Caribbean islands outside of FIFA, e.g. Guadeloupe, Martinique. Hopefully one day we will find out.

It's the Trinidad & Tobago Under-20 team plus 3 senior players.  The TTFA decided the U-20 team needed some practice for the U-20 World Cup qualifiers next week.

Possibly - but no rankings points at stake for them seeing as they picked a "non-FIFA" team to play on a FIFA date,

TTFA has tweeted "T&T U-20 MEN TO BATTLE GUADELOUPE SENIORS"
and also written on their site "A Trinidad and Tobago National Team will face off with Guadeloupe’s Senior National Team (note: not the national team)

Consistency as usual.

Trinidad & Tobago FA seem to be counting this as a regular national team match, judging by their Tweets during the match. No suffixes or status descriptors mentioned - just "Trinidad & Tobago" versus Guadeloupe.

If there are older players involved then it isn't U20.
