In this 1935 list published by Wiener Sportzeitung also: 18-08-1935 Saxony 11-0 Iceland played in Dresden, Freiburger Zeitung of 19-08-1935 reports about German FA XI 11-0 Iceland played in Dresden.

The 22-08-1935 edition  reports about a Brandenburg XI 11-0 Iceland match.
On 25-08-1935 Niederrhein XI 8-2 Iceland in Oberhausen, which was Iceland's third match on their German Tour.
On 28-08-1935 Northern Germany 3-1 Iceland in Hamburg.

Nice. I think the report of Brandenburg 11-0 also says that was the third match?

Yes and it was the same newspaper that reported the Niederrhein match was their third one. Nevertheless, I searched back tot 12-08-1935 and I didn't noticed another Iceland match.

The 22-08-1935 edition  starts with: Mit dem gleichen Ergebnis wie am Sonntag in Dresden gegen die Sachsen-Auswahl.......

This means: With the same result as on Sunday against the Saxony selection........

I know. One newspaper says Sachsen, and the other says DFB Auswahl...

And your 1935 list from Wiener Sportzeitung also says Sachsen, but that could be a derivative version.

Well spotted Luca.
In their post-match report (August 20, page 3) Morgunbladid refers to a Sachsen team (Google translation):

Soccer Journey to Germany
Dresden August 19

First race of the ball in Dresden, the nation had lost 11:0
Saxon selection team won with eleven against nothing. In the first half, scored five goals Saxlendingar. The temperature was great and sunny and Iceland unusual pitch. The crowd was 12,000 - reception good. Was trumpets Class of station and go from there in the parade. Yesterday we were offered pay controller in Dresden. Tomorrow we go on a journey of Saxony. - The Germans won the day for games played at Finn with six touchdowns against none in the professional game with five against Luxembourg nothing. Saxon team is considered second strongest team Germany.

But there are indications that it might have been "reinforced" (August 18, page 6, Google translation):

On Sunday, he said, would be deposited into the first race game by the Germans in Dresden, and Icelanders would be confident of the result, although they should compete with Saxons selection, which would include Kiehl and Langenbein who come here, and the team considered much stronger than the team that took them together today to compete with teams from Luxembourg and Finland.

(Kurt) Langenbein was playing for Mannheim at the time (in Baden-Württenberg), though he might have been from Sachsen.. Kiehl might be Rudolf Kiehl, but he was already playing in Sachsen at the time.

Well, Freiburger Zeitung of 19-08-1935 says "DFB-Auswahl" in the title of the article, and "Auswahlmannschaft des Gaues Sachsen" in the article itself...
