Here is a "new" tournament found by Tanaka in a Taiwan newspaper.  I could not find any mention in any other newspaper except "La Nación" (Costa Rica) which confirmed the basic scores and mentioned the top-scorer.  If anybody can add anything, post here.

In particular, the Malaysian newspaper "New Straits Times" did not mention anything at all, so it is not absolutely confirmed whether it was the Malaysia Olympic team.
