I think we would have more chance of seeing it if it was played in the Netherlands immediately before a major championship in which Netherlands were competing and needed a relatively weak opponent to test their attack (à la Germany-Liechtenstein and such friendly matches).

Yesterday, 4 June 2016, the Curaçao NT (with players mainly playing abroad) played a friendly against the 'local based' Curaçao XI in Stadion Ergilio Hato, and won 6-1.

Goals NT by Rangelo Janga (3), Gevaro Nepumuceno (2) and Elson Hooi, goal of the local selection by Jurensley Martina from a penalty kick.

Were the local players also members of the extended NT squad (so maybe we could say Curacao A vs Curacao B), or it was just a ragtag selection of players not considerd for proper NT duty.

I couldn't find any line-ups, but I found the list of the local selection at http://www.deporteawe.com/2016/06/03/selekshon-nashonal-di-korsou-kontra-selekshon-liga-mcb/
Of these, at least Soranley Thomsjansen, Tyronne Maria, Mirco Colina Jr. and Jurensley Martina were selected for the Curaçao NT in the past. There were a lot of players of Centro Barber and several of Centro Dominguito, runners-up and champions respectively of last season.
Concerning the NT, only the reserves were lined up, except Cuco Martina who was the only one who played full 90 mins. against Guyana. So maybe we could say Curacao A' vs Curacao B.

NB: Coach of the Liga MCB XI was Norman ‘Nooi’ Girigorie, referee was Valdin Legister from Jamaica, who stayed a few days extra on the island after refereeing Curaçao vs. Guyana.

Preparing for the next round Caribbean Cup, the Curaçao NT will play Achilles'29 (Eerste Divisie, Netherlands 2nd tier) on Thursday 1 September 16.00h.
Curaçao won 0-1, Michael Maria scored just before time. Achilles'29 player Mischa Boelens made his debut for Curaçao against his own club.

With all due caution: Curaçao would be a 'normal' club of the Dutch 2nd Division - probably in the upper half.

Achilles '29, 15th of the recent season, lost 9 matches (50%) at home. (But they did very well against some top teams. Results vs #1 Sparta Rotterdam 0‑3, #2 VVV-Venlo 1‑3, #3 NAC Breda 1‑2, #4 FC Eindhoven 2‑1, #5 Go Ahead Eagles 1‑0, #6 FC Volendam 0‑0, #7 FC Emmen 1‑2)

According to their current classification Curaçao’s level is most closely comparable with FC Eindhoven or Go Ahead Eagles (2015-16). From a single match result no substantial conclusion can be derived. However, Achilles 0-1 Curaçao would be in the line.
