New Zealand played:
June 7th: Fiji .  NZ won 3-0
July 1st : Vanuatu. NZ won 8-0.
My question is: where above matches  were played?
For the first one, I got two replies, from different Sources: Auckland (Mount Smart) or Christchurch (?)
For the second one, all Sources say Auckland, without reference to the field.
Does somebody know the details? Thanks.

For the match NZ vs Fiji, Dutch newspapers give Auckland:

The insert from Corriere dello Sport/Stadio about the USA '94 World Cup reports Christchurch for New Zealand-Fiji and Auckland for New Zealand-Vanuatu. Perhaps The Canberra Times gives more details.

Yes, "Canberra Times" 8 June 1992  gives : New Zealand- Fiji 3-0 at Mt.Smart, which means Auckland.
Why Christchurch in so many Sources (including "Almanacco del Calcio")?

It could be one news agency report, which propagated around. Or, the venue was changed from that listed in the original fixtures. Or just random guesswork. Who knows.
