I couldn't find this one in any (English language) newspaper, could you confirm the date is correct? Is the year correct?

It seems to be more than 2 weeks after the last known tour match in Singapore/HK. I found these results in Straits Times for the South Korean tour 1953:

11-4 Singapore Singapore 'A' 2-3 SK
12-4 Singapore Sino-Malays 2-0 SK
14-4 Singapore Combined Services 2-1 SK
16-4 Singapore Malaya XI 2-3 SK "weakened Federation team"
18-4 Singapore Singapore AFA XI 3-1 SK
19-4 Singapore Singapore 1-3 SK
21-4 Singapore Singapore Malays 0-0 SK abandoned at halftime due to rain storm
22-4 Singapore Singapore Chinese 0-4 SK
24-4 Singapore Singapore AFA XI 0-0 SK
27-4 Hong Kong "The Rest XI" 5-3 SK *
30-4 Hong Kong Indonesia 1-3 SK

* I guess "The Rest" means the players who weren't playing vs Indonesia (on 25-4 & 26-4)
No matches in Malaya... some were planned, but cancelled due to "disagreements".

The Korean FA (and also "Yan", on RDFC site) has 13 scores on the 1953 tour, but the venues, team names, and dates, are wrong. Most of the scores are correct though, but not all.

Two extra games in the KFA site (dates are wrong surely):
21-4 Hong Kong "Hong Kong" 3-0 South Korea
28-4 Hong Kong "Malay" 0-2 South Korea

I couldn't find anything in the China Mail about the Korean tour, except the 27-4 game vs "The Rest".

the only full international 18.4 Indonesia-SK 1-3 (in Singapore); no scorers known, no names of team players....

That's my point, there was no such game! It was on 30.4, in Hong Kong. Tanaka already found the same. The KFA is wrong for 1953.

So it is the day and the venue that are wrong, not the result and the year...
