From the CONCACAF Signals:

HAITI TAKE TWO FRIENDLIES FROM DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Haiti ended their eight-game winless streak after posting two victories over the hosts, Dominican Republic at the Estadio Panamericano in San Cristóbal last week.

Fritzon Jean Baptiste and Alain Gustave scored for Haiti, while Manuel Perez had the only goal for the Dominican Republic in the 2:1 loss on 27 February. The following day, Jean Jacqueson scored twice for Les Bicolores in the 2:0 win.

I think this was Haiti U-23 (Haiti Olympic Team). I don't know why people don't make this clear in articles. There is a big difference between a country's Olympic team and their national team. For example, Iraq reached the semi-finals of the Olympics, but I doubt they could have done the same in the World Cup.

Dominican Republic drew 2 and lost 11 in the 13 previous matches. They only beat Haiti because Haiti fielded an all-domestic team. All their best players went to Oman (and lost 3-0), but Oman is a better team than Dominican Republic.
